Frequently Asked Questions
  • Why is Tree Frog Coffees so popular?

Tree Frog Coffees has become a beloved choice for coffee enthusiasts nationwide due to our commitment to quality and sourcing beans only from farms that use ethical and sustainable methods. We specialize in small-batch roasting, ensuring every order is carefully roasted to provide a quality product.

  • Why are our flavored coffees so special?

Our regular flavored coffees are crafted using organic, fair trade and shade-grown beans sourced from the Andes Mountains of Peru.

Our decaf flavored coffees are crafted with organic decaf Colombian beans that are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, providing a chemical-free coffee with all the flavor of one with caffeine.

  • Where, when and how do you ship?

We ship products anywhere in the United States using a variety of methods depending on the weight of the package and the distance from Texas. Most packages ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, but some of the larger boxes might go UPS Ground.

Orders are shipped the day after roasting and average between 4-10 days depending on the service used. So to be safe, allow a 2 week turnaround time so you don't run out of the good stuff :-)

International Orders-these can be processed on an individual basis by contacting us through email.

  • Why are you called Tree Frog Coffees?

At Tree Frog Coffees, we know just how important frogs are as indicators to all sorts of environmental problems.  Frogs can only survive in a proper ecosystem, so when the frogs start dying, there is a problem.

This is one of the main reasons why Tree Frog Coffees only purchases beans from farms that are using sustainable and ethical methods.  Not only is this better for the frogs, but the entire ecosystem, which of course includes us.

We’re saving the frogs and the farmers, one cup at a time!
